Homemade hot wire cutter

I made a hot wire cutter out of a saw handle, a hacksaw blade and some wire.

Here is the cutter

The foam board with a straight edge to follow along.

 

Here is the video of the first cut, need to be more careful and I may need to remove the spring I added to keep tension on the wire, it is not strong enough to keep the wire from wandering.
